Hello, my name is Thomas Kearns. My daughter's name is Clementine.
Clementine was five months along when she was aborted in New Jersey. Her mother regrets that phone call till today. This only happened 10 months ago, and for the last 10 months, me and Clementine's mother have been trying to find our daughter's body and to stop the fetal research experiments that illegally took her without consent. Clementine's mother, along with many women, fell into self-doubt and uncertainty. She thought she was going to be a bad mom. She thought that we were going to struggle, but Clementine's mom is a great mother because she still is a mother. We are trying desperately to find our daughter.
When she called the Cherry Hill Women's Center in New Jersey, she wasn't sure if she could have an abortion at five months. She called, not speaking with a counselor or a doctor, but instead a third-party agency that schedules appointments. The equivalent of a salesman spoke with her, manipulating her, and lying to her, explaining to her that, yeah, this is normal and this is fine. You could get an abortion up until nine months in New Jersey.
They asked her repeatedly if she was ready to schedule an appointment, in which she explained, "I don't have money." They told her not to worry because there were many women just like her that didn't have money and they had funding. They did not tell her that funding was going to be birthing our daughter alive and harvesting her organs.
Clementine's mother thought she was dying on the second day because of the amount of Misoprostol and Pitocin that was given to her. On the first day, they never mentioned fetal research or a fetal donation. Over the phone call, they never mentioned fetal research or donation. On the second day, they never mentioned fetal research or donation, so how were they able to take our daughter's body?
On the first day, Clementine's mother was under the influence of marijuana, and that's stated on the medical documents. You cannot sign a consent for any medical procedure while under the influence of any narcotic, so we have the evidence proving that the consent form for the abortion was void. On top of this, the consent form for fetal research was given to her on the second day, which is illegal and void. There is no date on this consent form. You cannot be given a consent form after a procedure has already begun.
They illegally took our daughter, and for the last 10 months we have been fighting, trying to save her, and stop the fetal research experiments. With the help of David Daleiden, Kristen Hawkins, Lila Rose, millions of people know Clementine, and I am asking society to continue to remember Clementine, to continue to pray for Clementine, and to educate yourself on the reality of why abortion is pushed in this country and around the world. Fetal research experiments, that is the legs of abortion, and when we can come together and understand that without fetal research, the abortion facility will crumble. They sell the organs and tissue of these aborted children, including my daughter Clementine.
I stand in front of the Supreme Court for the second time now, and it is exhausting, and it is frustrating, but it is important that I continue to speak for Clementine and all of the children taken by abortion and fetal research. If we can come together as we did today and march for children, we can shake this country, and we can save all of the children that are still being experimented on. We need to save Clementine, and we need to pass Clementine's Law, a law to stop fetal research experiments and to protect children from conception. I beg you all. Please pray for Clementine, pray for Clementine's mother. She does regret her abortion. She is an amazing woman, and I am very proud to still stand with her. I love her and I love my daughter, and I will never stop loving my family or fighting for my family. Thank you all.
