Old Testament scripture is clear that the troubles that befell the nation of Israel were caused by religious leaders who weren't doing their jobs, according to Canadian psychiatrist and post-abortion expert Dr. Philip G. Ney. Similarly, the inactivity of modern-day clergy leaves people ill-prepared to defend themselves against the abortion lobby. Dr. Ney said he advises clergy members to stand in their pulpits and say, "Abortion, abortion, abortion." People in the pews, he says, "would sigh with relief."
