Lavaca Right to Life Does It Right!

Hallettsville, Texas, January 23, 2010

Karen and Victor Perez of Bellville stood before a packed congregation and told how they lost their first child by an abortion as members of the “Silent no more” organization they give their testimony to save unborn babies and their mothers.  Their brave witness was tearful but beautiful testimony to God’s mercy.  They were sponsored by the Hallettsville Knights of Columbus who also provided little rose appliqués for everyone as they came in.  Another neat feature was when all the babies born and baptized in 2009 were called out by name and brought up in front by their mothers to receive a certificate and a long stem rose.  The Knights of Columbus also held a Pro-Life Rally on the day before, the infamous day of Roe vs. Wade when the United States Government authorized the killing of unborn babies throughout all nine months of a mother’s pregnancy.
