Welcome!  My name is Misty Black and I am the Regional Coordinator for the North Texas area Silent No More Awareness Campaign. 

I am so glad you have found your way here and are interested in learning more about Silent No More and being a part of the campaign, either by sharing your own testimony on how abortion has hurt you or simply holding signs at events to show & tell others of your regret. 

I had an abortion at the age of 19 and it wasn’t until 12 years later, after going though a healing Bible study, that I truly realized the impact my abortion decision had on my life in every capacity.  Shortly after completing my own recovery, I realized just how powerful our own testimonies can be to help others who have also experienced the pain of abortion.  I knew that God was calling to share my story in order to break the silence and help show others that there is complete healing through the blood of Jesus Christ.  It is life changing to know we no longer have to live in bondage, carrying the guilt and shame of the decision we so regret. 

If you have not yet gone through your own recovery, I encourage you to do so and SNMA can help you find a recovery program in your area. We are here to walk alongside you in your recovery and stand with you as you boldly become Silent No More!
