Made for such a time as this:
It is time that people come forward and speak up about the injustices of abortion. God never created a woman to have an abortion. God created Eve to be Adam's ezer kenegdo which translates to, "lifesaver." Abortion does not save a life, it takes it. Abortion will kill your unborn baby, kill your soul, and leave you desolate.
Welcome, my name is Melinda Bean and Dora Esparza and I are the Silent No More Regional Coordinators for the San Antonio area.
Maybe you are here looking for resources to help you through your painful journey of abortion or maybe you have no idea where to start like I did. You have come to the right place. Silent No More Awareness Campaign is place where anyone who has been harmed by abortion can come and feel welcomed and share their story. Too many of us are just keeping silent and that is not what we have been commanded to do. We are commanded to confess our sins to each other and pray for each other so that we can receive healing. James 5:16
At the age of 17 I found myself in a situation where I was pregnant. I was so angry, I was angry that I had asked my mom about birth control but she didn't want to hear it and I was angry at myself for the situation I was now in. I immediately told my mom that I wanted an abortion and she agreed. When I was around 12 weeks along, I went in to have the abortion but first I had to get to the door and face all the mean, ugly, and hateful protestors. My life ended on that abortion table. I would remain on that table for the next 22 years of my life. My abortion led to alcohol abuse, prescription drug abuse, relationships issues, parental issues, and lots of other things.
If I can encourage you, I would say please do not wait to receive your healing from abortion. It is readily available to you. You can find resources through the SNMA page or you can reach out to me and I can help you find something. You are not meant to go through this alone. I am here to walk alongside you and help you. You are loved, you are chosen, and you are forgiven. This is why I have chosen to become Silent No More! But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. 1 John 1:9
