I had an abortion because I was young and used it as a means of birth control.

During the abortion procedure I experienced ice cold medical staff, severe cramping, pooling and loud noise created by the suction vacuum.

Immediately after the abortion, I felt empty, sad, lonely, ashamed but yet relieved.

As time went on after the abortion I felt and experienced shame, anger, depression, isolated, alienated, and ultimately suicidal.

I found help and forgiveness through the Lord Jesus Christ and Abortion Recovery Groups.

After Jesus healed my heart I said I would be Silent no More and help other men and women.
