I had an abortion because I was forced into it by the baby's father. I didn't know I had rights. I didn't know I had the decision to keep my baby. He brought me to the clinic and I hated being there. I didn't want anything to do with it at all. I was threatened by the baby's father if I didn't go through with it. 

I don't really remember how I was treated. All I remember is them telling me that I would have cramping for the next few days. I felt regret immediately after the procedure. I carried it around for years and years. It's been over 35 years and it still affects me even today, but I finally found forgiveness from Jesus after experiencing depression and suicidal thoughts and tendencies. 

I was delivered from those at my church, and I know now that I am forgiven. Thank You Jesus. It was a hard struggle to learn to forgive myself, but I am finally free. I pray others find healing through sharing my story and relating to others as well. I am finally free of the guilt and shame, and that's why I am SILENT NO MORE!!!
